We are looking for an experienced Insurance Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in insurance sales and team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 sales executives
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching
• Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 5-8 years of experience in insurance sales
• Minimum 2 years of team management experience
• Strong knowledge of life, health, and general insurance products
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• IRDAI certification preferred
